Shipping Information

At WLOTEES, we take pride in our meticulous process, ensuring that every item we ship meets our high standards of quality. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policies and procedures.

Processing and Production Time

Each item is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to reach production. Once in production, we meticulously work on ensuring every detail is perfect. Quality takes time, and this dedication means it could take up to 10 business days from door to door for you to receive your item. Remember, "No Fun" (Iggy Pop) is what happens when quality is rushed, and we ensure our products are anything but.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. You will see the total shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. For bulk orders or special shipping requests, please contact our customer service team for a detailed quote.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment from the moment it leaves our facility to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some international destinations may have restrictions or additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Fees and International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country’s customs office for detailed information on these charges.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In cases where an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Changing Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if the order is still in progress. Once the order is complete, changes may not be possible.

Packaging

Your order will be dispatched in WLOTEES packaging. If you prefer plain packaging, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy

At WLOTEES, all our orders are custom-made to meet your unique preferences. We strive to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction with every purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it for a full credit within two days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within two days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
